Intimate Wedding Venue, Elopements & Wedding Officiation
My name is Michelle Chiocco, and I served Benton County as a Justice of the Peace for 12 years. I have been honored to officiate weddings and ceremonies throughout the state of Arkansas.
In addition to being able to perform weddings at any location, I also have my own wedding venue on the beautiful Lake Avalon. For details on this unique spot ideal for any intimate special occasion, just see below.
Your Friendly, Experienced Wedding Officiant
Perhaps you are planning an elaborate non-traditional or non-denominational wedding a year in advance.
Or perhaps now that you’ve decided to get married, you don’t want to wait another minute.
Perhaps you want a religious wedding, but your date or location won’t work for any members of your clergy.
Or perhaps there is no one from your culture nearby to perform a wedding in your tradition.
Perhaps you are planning a multi-denominational wedding and need an officiant to help you craft a ceremony in both traditions.
Or perhaps your officiant has canceled at the last minute and you don’t know where to turn.
Whatever the case may be, I would love be the officiant on your day.
Looking for the perfect spot for that small, intimate ceremony? As a wedding venue, the Green Door & More provides an amazing atmosphere to make your special day beautiful and memorable, with the view over Lake Avalon as a unique backdrop.
We have many options for customizing your event to fit your style and needs, and we work with local vendors for catering, flowers, and more so that you get personalized, quality service.
Since the Green Door doubles as a vacation rental, we are able to accommodate up to four overnight guests before and after the wedding. We also offer esthetics on-site (please book ahead).
Our package options are a great, easy way to pamper bride, family, and friends.
We would love to hear from you and be part of your special day!
“We almost couldn’t get married and it wasn’t our fault – after the minister had to cancel an hour before the ceremony I was panicked. I thought – there’s no way a public official will help out – so in a last ditch attempt to fix things I called Michelle. She was there in under an hour – I dare you to find someone else that responsive.”
